Finally a beat by me...

Thanks Jug and Spin. As always, I appreciate the feedback. I went back and put the strings in there that I originally had but took out and was workin' on another melody for the chorus, but I hit a wall. It's hard working on a song for just a few minutes a day which is what it's been like for me with my work schedule lately. When I get a day off, I'm gonna rework it a little and post the new version for you guys to check out.

I also just got the Adobe Creative Suite 2 for layout and graphics. I'm working on my website every chance I get so that's taking up my time also. I'll post that when it's ready as well.

I'm gonna try to post a new beat once a week. Eventually I'll be posting full songs I've done.

Man I feel you about the work schedule. Throw in school and a girlfriend and your time is very limited. I'm sittin' here right now writing songs for the album. Funny thing is, I'm writing most of them in order. Some of the songs are already written and will just have a final check on them.

Really strong foundatation. Needs a bit of filling in as already stated. maybe a pulsating or sweeping synth to transition between 8 bars. I don't like that flute sound too much,Gives me a feeling that it wasn't the sound you really wanted but you were tired of flipping thru sounds. mos def got potential.

Nah, he's just one of my boys who insists he be called E-Dub because that was his nickname growin' up. I've had many a fight over that name, especially rapping under that name. Too many people go by that, but he's stuck in his ways. I try to just call him E when referring to him in a track.

Nice track here Nick. Could use a drop and another melody line for the hook, but otherwise this is real tight.
