Ruh-Roh Shaggy......

"You must spread some Reputation around before giving it to chrisharris again." - WTF?!?!??!

I just sorted the member list by rep power and you'll never guess who's at the top of the list, heh. Chris even has two little green squares instead of EVERYONE else who only has one.

Hey, I've got no "Report bad post" icon,

hehehehehe....

So what's in store for the next contest? Anyone have any ideas? I would say it's time for some new material.

Pop, Jazz, real drums, guitars???

If there are no ideas, I may have something from a CD I mixed last year.

Sounds good to me. But then I don't have much say in this because I only have a rep power of 1 and I was disqualified :-)

Maybe if we don't hear from Bryan in the next day we should just move on. At least Eric has his results that could be posted ?

I have a 14 track session ready to put up. A country cover band that I recorded earlier in the yr. Not dealing with as many tracks as Giles but It was recorded well and should yeild some good results. The files I have now are in aiff format but I can copy them and convert them to waves also. I dont have a server to put them on but Im sure someone here would host the tracks so we could keep this thing going, if bryan doesnt show back up.

Let me know

As Always, I can host them. :D

Also, I think most multitrack software will accept AIFF files.

Eh, hopefully I'll be able to get on a computer sometime this week. Heh. Make the downloads last until after the 3rd or so, so I can join. :)

So far we have had metal, R&B/gospel, a christian rock/pop. NL5 has offered the space as he always does :) Like I said earlier these tracks are a Country genre, something we havent done yet. OH and I dont want to judge, I just would like to offer some tracks to keep this thing going.
If anyone else has a session they would like to put up fir the next contest, we can sorta plan this thing out in advance. Get'em all lined up for the next month or so.

I know Caryindy said he may have a session, if so mine can wait and be planned for the pmc8 or whatever number we will be on.

I will keep checking back here to see what the other people think we should do. lmao and my REP power is "0" so yeah I better wait for senior rep powers to respond :D

Peace
Eddie

Would be nice to have some blues/rock, country, or something similar...

heh...that's ONLY because I started a thread when the software changed asking what rep power was, and people tested it out on each other...much like shampoo tested on rats. Hey, thanks for trying NL5, lol...but all I've contributed to this thread is sarcasm. Like the following, for example:

Hey, I hope Giles didn't kill or seriously injure himself tripping over all those gold records he's mixed.

Hahaha...little jab for being late...hope everything's ok.

Eddie-
I say lets use your tracks for MC7. I can always do next if nothing else happens.
As for judges, we can figure that out as we go.
I vote for you to start the new thread. :)

Alrighty then fellas, pmc7 will be a 14track Country Cover Tune. YEEEEEEEHAWWW. lol I will start the thread as soon as I get with NL5 to figure a way to get the tracks to him. And as far as Judges, hopefully we can figure this out as we go. Anyone that feels they are experienced enough feel free to volunteer.
Well I'm off to my real job for now so hopefully he will see this message and pm me about how to get the tracks to him.
I hope Giles and family is ok, starting to worry about them. Eric hasnt posted in awhile neither. Well gotta run.

Peace Eddie
