Please listen and compare (Christian Song)Thanks!

I like the song - straightforward ballad stuff with nice story. The mix is interesting - I can see where the instruments all have bass rolled off so the bass guitar sounds nice and clear. Could use a little overall bottom end to smooth over the mix. But then the bass may get lost... My biggest beef would be the snare - maybe too snappy for my taste. :):D:):D
 
Yea, you guys are right, sorry. Ill just stay out of these in the future ) After all if I cant say something nice.....

I dont want to be grouped with the likes of rami thats for sure....

Ill be more mature.
 
Ok...I have the ole snare fixed. Please take a listen and see if its improved. I also mixed it more last night to dress it up a tad. I tried to take the suggestions from all the post and put them to work. Thanks to everyone.
 
alright..someone go over and check out the updated newer mix and snare and let me know if its better. Thanks!
