Power conditioner question

Will a basic power conditioner such as this http://www.musiciansfriend.com/srs7...1239765632/g=home/search/detail/base_id/54046 help reduce pops and clicks from things like air conditioning and appliances kicking on and off?

Pops and Clicks are caused due to so many reasons and one such is the switch on/off of some appliance. Yeah this will reduce the clicks from appliances, but may not reduce AC kicking in. Better set your thermostat so that the AC wont turn off. you may also want to check this site for more power conditioners
