... DaviSound ha been "in" the business for over 32 years in the EXACT same location and don't plan-on going ANYWHERE!!!

Which is precisely why I think they should offer no firm deadlines or state upfront in a more concrete way that the deadlines are merely guides, subject to change and that the deadlines are not guarantees. I would think that after 32 years of experience hand-building gear, I'd have a better sense of when things are realistically going to be completed.
