Don't give up on Tech support. All tech support go through the simple stuff first like, "Is your computer plugged in?" Make them help you.

I also have problems with midi that have not been resolved. I can get the Midi in to work but not midi out. The had me switch cables, change the PCI slot, reassign IRQ's. Even if you have to do some of that, make them help you. Don't let them get away with sending you on wild goose chases. It's laziness on their part.

Hey thanks for the advice!!!! Hope you get your midi probelm solved too :)

Have a friend that was installing a wireless keyboard from Logitech. After installing drivers, connecting and so on, he got the mouse to work... More fiddling, and still nothing. Last resource was to look in the manual:

"1) Put the batteries in place under the keyboard"

DOH!!!! :D

The point is, if the "advanced" changes don't work, the easy ones do! :)
