Yeah, Jim Olson has that. When his guitars started to boom in the early 90's, he bought a house which used to belong to a machinist. The barn/garage was already setup as a machine shop, minus the tools of course, so all Jim had to do was some minor renovations to make it into a really killer guitar shop. Everytime I go out there I just stand there and gape at everything (my current favorite - his hydraulic fret press), and try not to drool on the tools.
