I just finished tracking 14 tunes in Sonar for a CD and am in the process of mixing them down. Soon I will begin the mastering process and was wondering what plugins and effects people are using (and why) for mastering. Any and all suggestions would be appreciated.

I have a dual boot machine as follows: Win98SE/PA9 Win2K/Sonar 1.3.1 Project data for each application is stored on the same hard drive but in different folders. If I use Sonar to clean unused audio files, will it know enough not to delete the PA9 files? Thanks in advance.
