Just keep searching and compare options and prices......
There are a few pretty cheap deals in the back of the recording mags also....
Keep in mind.... that glass masters are the best.... Extremly low or NO error rate.... Although reputable places that do the burned copies are usually pretty reliable.. (In my experience I have never gotten a dud from a pro-burning shop)
And, Keep in mind that some of those cheap deals that offer on-cd printing, just use a computer printer set up to print on cd's, rather than the proper method (screenprinting)
In my opinion, it looks a bit blury and scratchy......
If you want your cd to look pro, like the cd's you buy in a record store, you want screenprinting....
