Hello! *COMPLETE BEGINNER WARNING*
I come from the world of livestreaming (Twitch) and I'm looking to massively up the quality of my microphone setup as I'm currently using a Blue Snowball (which doesn't handle shouting well at all). My stream is 100% talking (and yes, sometimes shouting
).
After stumbling across this video, I'm in love with his sound. I want to sink the money into his full setup but it's EXTREMELY expensive.
He's using
* AT4040
* Steinberg-UR28M
Here's the video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tV8X9gkXbqY
However, he mentions in the video that this is massive overkill to achieve his sound. I'd love to achieve the same sound he has, and want to know how I can do it the cheapest. I was looking at the AT2035 w/ Behringer 802 XENYX Mic Preamps and British EQs, but I'm a complete beginner.
What do you guys think?
