sound card for 2 tracks SP/DIF and midi?

The subject says it all, I am looking for an all-in-one sounds card (if possible) to handle mastering (stereo SP/DIF in) and MIDI.
If you could provide names, prices, and where to find them (dealers/shops), I would be very appreciative.
Great board- I visited here first when the VS Planet was down and have come back ever since to follow all the informative posts.

Gadgetlabs will do you 4 tracks with MIDI for $299, and another $99 will get you the add-on card for S/PDIF.

You might try looking at Hoontech stuff. Somebody on here has recommended them before. Coop maybe? Anyway, They make a ton of different things and I think I remember seeing some inexpensive s/pdif gear. I don't know much about them though
