Hey Gorts!
May your friend rest in peace. Very nice tribute, I could feel the emotion on this. I really like when you can listen to something and know the musician is not just playing something, but it means a lot to them... and you can tell that here.
I really enjoyed the track and good sound overall. If anything I think more piano would sound cool in this piece.
Cheers! :)

That's a very nicely written piece of music, and the playing is very good.
I'm not sure I would change anything with it, it sounds great as is.

(I like your Ace avatar too... )

Thanx MetalAxeman,

I appreciate your comments!

Its very nice, I like the synths.

I would probably slap a lil reverb on the guitar so it blended with the synths and try a better string patch. That one isnt bad but it might work better if it was softer and in the background as an accompanying synth.

I like it a lot, well done.

Thanx DavidK for your valued comments. I don't think I have any reverb on the guitars so I will have a look at that...Good call!
I will definitely be looking at the synth string patch that I used!

Thanx for your time, I appreciate it!

I really like the guitar sound you have - it fills so much air it's amazing, has a massive prescence which is ideal for the song. I don't think there's much that should be changed tbh... I thinik i'd maybe use a little more piano which some minor 3rd harmonies going on but that definately is not an "improvement" just "different" that I would do...

On the whole, great job, and sorry to hear about your friend :(

Hey Docaroo,

Thank you for listening and the time to comment! I appreciate the feedback and have been given some great ideas from everyone! The minor 3rd harmonies would be very fitting!

Thanx for the listen once again and your condolences!

Gorty!

People come and go all through our lifetime, man...but it's not often we're lucky enough to meet someone who's presence in our lives touches us and inspires us so deeply to write an enchanting piece like this. There's a LOT of feeling in that tune.

Hey Lemon,

Thankyou so much for those kind words and the time you have taken to listen to a tune that was inspired by the loss of a mate who has left me with so many unanswered questions!

I appreciate it so very much!
