Reaper display issue

I'm having a display issue with Reaper (actually .. with me!). I accidentally hit some kind of right mouse button option, and my display changed. All of the tracks are now "minimised" and I only get the full track display when I arm a track. Here's the before and after. Any ideas? I want to get back to the before picture (these are different projects. Just trying to illustrate the problem):

Just click the + button over in the right side scroll area until everything opens up. If that doesn't work, you need to 'grab' the bottom of each track box (over on the left) and drag it down to expand it.

Or hit the little squiggly thing ~ and it'll bring them back.
