I figured this was the best place to put this. I just finished building this to house my 25-key MIDI controller and my Yamaha QY70 sequencer/sound module. The only thing I have left to do is add a little chain to each side to keep the top from opening completely over. These will be detachable chains, mainly used for laptop operation on a couch or something, when the top would be hanging out past my knees and the weight would make it unbalanced a bit.
I'm loving it so far. Everything works like a charm.
