Looks great. Might be best to start a thread of your own as well, so we can follow along!

console that belonged to Javier Segura, pioneer of Spanish electronica in the 70's.

I'm new to the forum, but let me know if you'd like me to start a new post.

Toutes nos félicitations!

It's the start of an amazing journey. I am happy you are continuing this thread, the great repository of JH-636 information. I have collected a lot of other information in my refurbishment of my JH 618 and my JH 636. I am building some new Mic Pres this week! Let me know if you have any questions- and look for the Facebook groups on MCI 500 and 636 consoles. Lots of great information to share with you... Bonne Chance!

Hello everyone, I'm coming back here to give some news on this titanic project for me who is not a real electronics engineer. I had time to dismantle it completely. All cleaned, And the faders clean. I am in the process of making a measuring bench so that I can work on the modules on the bench. This will allow me to do sweeps in each module and see the response of the signal once the module has been recaptured.

here are the power supplies that I was able to have to make this measuring bench.

The first is for +18V analog, +5V for logic, and +48V Phantom To be modified to raise it to +18V because it only provides +15V for the moment. The second will provide me with 24V for the lamps. It may be oversized, but the more the less.

Except that I have been looking for some time for the exact Ref of the EDAC 40 pins linear port at 3.81mm
If one of you had this reference it would really be great. Thank you very much for your enlightenment to all of you

This is the one I'm looking for.

What if someone had any insight into what this card is on the left side of the console? It would be 'Bizance'

What about the -18V rail?

For bench testing purposes you really don’t need to modify the +15V supply to +18. The additional +3V is only going to provide a little additional headroom which is not necessary for function testing.

Can you not do sweeps and other tests with the modules in the frame?
