hmmm, it didn't do much eh?, well there is some freq's that have changed slightly.
The reason the bass seems lower in volume is because its getting tighter-less muddy.
IMO...
When I changed 2 2x4 HF absorbers into mid absorbers(panel) it cleaned up around 4khz real good. It used to be jagged, now its smoothed out.
And the loss of HF content you notice is prolly because there is less reflection. Did you put some on the glass doors?
Ya know you might want to move your mix position to the short wall, and put teh bed on the back wall(behind you) or just toss it..you don't need to sleep do ya?
