Hey, I have a 15 minute song in N-Track consisting of 57 different tracks that when mixed down to .wav, leaves tracks out of the mixdown. I can't get around it anyway!

I tried erasing the beginning silence of about 25 seconds which fixed the one place where one part of a track jsut got left out but then later in t he song the same thing happens to a different track. I REALLY need help solving this if anyone has any advice, thanks!

Mixdown in realtime instead of rendering

This isn't the answer to your question, but it may be a solution for now. Set your soundcards input to record Wav and just mixdown in realtime to a new stereo track.

I haven't rendered for a long time in N-track because it seemed to me that effects were not rendering correctly (I wasn't hearing reverb as I had heard it during real-time play). But it's been a few updates since then, so I may give rendering a try again.

Did you open the "More Options" button on the mixdown panel to show the tracks that were being added to the mixdown (there is a highlighted list on the lower right)???? Make sure all the tracks you want to include are selected.

They are! This is crazy, everything worked fine for 6 other tracks but this one something is always missing

I've had similar problems in the past...never resolved them. You could try a mixdown during playback but that feature hasn't worked right for me since v3.0.

I think I had to work around my problems...delete and reimport the "goofy" tracks.

Smelli,

Did you ever get this problem solved? I've just run into something similar and I can't figure out how to fix it.

When I do a mix down, the last few seconds of one track is AWOL. It sounds just awful when the flute is going along and then suddenly just stops three notes short of the end of the song!

Anyone? Anyone?

It happened to me as well a week ago, but when I did another mixdown the missing few seconds reappeared.
