makin files clear in n-track

i finally got n-track workin ...now i need to get my beats and stuff clear before i mix down...before anyone is ready to record on them...how do i go about doin that...it just sound like there very hiigh..

Hi! I'm not trying to be a dick, but your question doesn't make any sense. Can you go into a bit more detail in regards to what it is you're wanting to do?

its ok i figured it out i had my drum machine volume high...but now i want to add other sounds to the beat,,but i can...i have N.I. FM7 but i can figure out how to record it into N-track...or do i have to find another synth program that works with n-track..thanks for the help sorry the ? was screwed up

If your drum machine is an external unit and pluged in to your computer you should be able to record other instruments in the same input. It would appear as another wav file/ track in the open Ntrack window. Am I on the same page you are?
