If anyone is interested in making this sound like a song, please have at it. If you can make my voice listenable to more than me, I will congratulate you.

These are pretty clearly marked tracks. I think there's 25 total. 3 folders:
1.Drums
2.Guitars/bass/synth
3.Vocals (this also contains an MP3 of my mix)

The only part that might need fixing is when the music drops out after the solo. I'm not sure if the bass and synth fade out or are really that abrupt.

The complete AIFF files equals about a gig. It's on Dropbox here -

My two cents. Not a bad song. I think the vocals are good, might need a few takes more to just tighten them up. I think the one glaring problem IMO, the droning of the guitar. If you go back and re-cut that and try and give it some personality. There are some good possibilities there, maybe use more synth arpeggiation, or just playing it with a more feeling.

First listen, two small tweaks. take another run at the vocals and give the guitar more to do or try removing it. But it isn't bad really.

Thank you. That sounds excellent. Except my voice. That will never sound good. I am trying free AI voice changers. I don't mind my delivery, I just have a horrible voice.

Your voice isnt THAT bad bro maybe try singing and recording it a few times over, then compile together the best parts. Good luck

I decided to give it a shot myself too — went with a lot of reverb and delay on the voice to help you with your concerns with your voice. Honestly, I kinda really like your voice in the verses? Personally don't dislike this one bit. Kind of a fun song, really like the chorus-y guitar during the bridge solo. Let me know what you think!

EDIT: just got the chance to listen on other devices — probably a bit excessive on the low end (kick and bass guitar specifically). Might adjust that if you don’t comment on this before tomorrow!

I LOVED it. I do hear what you say about the kick and bass. It didn't bother me on these little computer speakers. Do whatever you like, you did an EXCELLENT job. My voice is passable in this. THANK YOU!

Here's the updated mix! I haven't taken a listen in the car yet, will do that in a couple hours, but this should sound better overall with where the low end sits.

I also did a few very minor tweaks on some stuff like the BG vocals, especially at the end, and some small stuff on the short guitar lead licks. Hopefully you like it!
