Is there a difference between the v67 and v67 mogami edition?

I have bought one of the normal v67's and a v67 mogami, because I was able to get either very cheap. Would it be possible to use the two as a stereo pair? Or would there be a difference in the sound quality?

yeah, i had both models and couldn't tell them apart...except one was cheaper.
