I need Help/Suggestions

Hello there! I am thinking of investing some time and money on a studio and plan to start soon...I write down rap lyrics, and I've recorded a couple times before but only using Dynamic mics. I am thinking of getting hold of a nice condensor mic, any one have suggestions of mics at 100-300?

Read that SM7b thread that's going on -- if you're like me, dynamics are your friends, and condensers will merely let everyone hear what your house and neighborhood sound like. If you have a decent preamp, the SM7b is a fantastic choice.
