Hagstrom bass

Anybody got the Hagstrom book that has the serial numbers so's I can date my bass??? The serial number is:700321 .... I've searched hi and lo over the interweb and I still haven't come up with anything... If someone could help me out here I would much appreciate it...I'll even vote for ya the next time you run for office.... Thanks....
