Fender American P-Bass.

Hi everyone, this is just a heads-up to let you all know that Musician's Friend has the Fender American P-Bass on sale starting at only $899.99... I just ordered me a new 3-tone sunburst with maple neck Fender American P-Bass yesterday (only $939.99 total)... and it should be here next week.

Well, I got the Fender American P-Bass and it's awesome and I do mean awesome. However, the bass case was damaged and Musicians Friend won't replace the case unless I send the bass back to them along with the case... and that's not going to happen. So don't buy one from Musicians Friend, because they're not your friend.

Yes, they are your friend. When they screwed up my order, I called them on the phone alot more frequently than any of my *supposed* friends to straighten it out. So, I would say for all the time invested in phone calls etc. if they screw up, they can be considered friends.

I'm going to call Fender and tell them about the damaged case and see if they'll replace it... in the mean time my new SKB44 hard shell P-bass road case should be here in about two more days.
