I have just had a DMT 8VL shipped by courier and I don't think they have been too careful handling it.
The neon display has parts missing especially on the hours and minutes (it worked before the courier got hold of it ). Can this be caused by a hard knock and if so can it be rectified.
Secondly can spares be still obtained for the DMT 8VL (you must be joking was the cry ). I was looking for the plastic frame type thing that has all the push buttons attached to it. One of the record buttons has snapped off making it impossible to use.
I know it's a bit of a long shot but you never know.
