convert and burn mp2 file

Does anyone know how to convert an MP2 file(yes it is MP2 not MP3) and then burn it on to a cd.? The file comes from a PXr4, Korg 4 track digital recorder. Thanks a bunch!
PS...I have a hunch I might have to convert to a wave file...if thats so, please tell me how

I guess no one does, personally i have never heard of that MP2 format . You might wanna ask James Argo in this forum , he seems to know everything..

Does Korg have any conversion software? Have you checked their website?

Found this through a google search. It's not free, but it looks like it might do the trick. Maybe you can e-mail them or something to confirm.

Thanks everyone for your replys. No Korg can't help with anything! What I ended up doing was downloading Acoustica MP3 burner software. I can try this for 10 days. It worked for me. It converted the file, and burned it for me. The only thing is the recording sounds terrible on it. I'm thinking my mic volumes were bad when recording. The strange thing is...While playing it on computer and the 4 track, it sounded fine!
