Rock Steady
I stopped in to visit an old friend in his studio in nashville. He was using mackie mixers, Mac g3, and adats. We didnt have a lot of time and the studio was background in priority, but I saw a really nice modern looking display on a single support post. It had some wide led meters on it , possibly 24 track, and it said RAVE at the top right of the module. Has anybody ever seen one of these?

That could very well be Routing Audio Via Ethernet. Never seen or used it, but at a time I had some ideas about going into business doing something similar. (I'm in the network industry.)

Pfft, and not even a "thank you?" Don't you know that makes you Anti-Swedish? :D:D:D
(Those lucky ones who have never been to the Dragon Cave may ignore that. And by the way, NEVER GO THERE!!! :))

Thanks, That sounds logical. I may give him a call and ask what the hell it was. The tracks leds looked kinda like the mackies but the display monitor had rounded corners and shaped like a cigarette carton on a post about 10 " high.
