Hi! Just a simple question. (I have searched and read all the information i could find on this, but i just cant get it clear..) I use a roland jvjv1010 through a midi interface to produce midi sounds in logic 5.5. So now i want to mix this down to a wave file, via bouncing. Do i have to physically connect the modules outputs to the inputs of my (crappy) SB live soundcard? If someone please could tell me if this is the way to go, ill go and buy those cables tomorrow, if not, then im feeling completly lost here.. Thanks!

yes, you do have to record the output of your roland into logic. make sure you record your midi and your return from the roland at the lowest latency your audio driver will allow. You should also look into upgrading your audio interface.
