Does it matter what input you use on a display monitor? I have HDMI and DVI inputs.

I bought a new computer and it has a firewire card in a PCI slot. I want to remove the card because I don't need firewire and put in a UAD-1 card. My question is, do I need to uninstall any drivers for this before I install the UAD card?

I want ti change the tuning pegs on an Ibanez guitar,3l/3r setup.Sounds simple enough,anything I should know before I go ahead and do it?

How much free space do you need on your hard drive for it to work properly? I keep my samples on my OS drive and it's getting pretty filled up and I really don't want to put another drive into my computer.
