I found this program for $80. Any reason I shouldn't give it a shot? Does it support VSTfx/VSTi? DXi/DXfx? I am much more concerned about the VST/VSTi support than I am DX. Plus, then I could upgrade to 8 for a discount, right?

The only features really I care about are, Touch sensitive keys and General MIDI output. I don't need any frills, don't particularly care how it actually sounds... While I'd like it to sound decent, I dont NEED it to... If I actually used any of the sounds, I'd likely effect them into oblivion...

I'm wondering about drum tuning to specific notes... Is it okay to have the toms (2 Rack and 1 Floor) Tuned as Floor = F, Low Rack = A High Rack = C A major triad. Is this okay? And if so, from there, where should the Kick and Snare be tuned?

I'm thinking about getting a pair of Audix F15 mics for drum overheads... I found some on Ebay, for 2 it would be under $95 shipped... Am I getting a good deal if I go with these? Are there any other good options for about the same price?

Okay, I'm looking for the least expensive, But still decent monitors for use with a Delta 44 card. I'm fairly oblivious to monitors, All I really know that they are expensive. And I don't have much to spend. Any thoughts?
