Audix F15 Condensers

I'm thinking about getting a pair of Audix F15 mics for drum overheads...
I found some on Ebay, for 2 it would be under $95 shipped...
Am I getting a good deal if I go with these?

Are there any other good options for about the same price?

Or, do I save up a bit and go for the ...

Audix Fusion 6 Drum Microphone Package, with Free Mic Cables

I have the Fusion 6 pack and it's very useful if you don't have an extensive mic locker. I'd say if you have a few good dynamics already, it probably isn't worth getting the set. I also don't really care for the bass drum mic it comes with, but it's not terrible either. The f15s are pretty useful in their own right as drum overheads. They're somewhat darker than my MXL603s which is good for taking the sharpness off bright cymbals.

I can't comment on the AT mics, but for under 100 for the pair, I'd go with the F15's. The MXL603s are better for acoustic guitar, but for overheads it's probably a wash. War has a few clips he recorded with the fusion drum pack posted somewhere. I think search function is working again.

Cool... Found it...
Not the same type of playing I'd be using them for
But I'm sure that's no matter.

Now... since these are not coming from the pack,
Should I be concerned about the fact that they won't be matched?
