I've read somewhere - I think the ADK forums - that the sc1 uses the same shell as the others but the innards are slightly different. I don't know how true this is...I guess the real test would be for someone to use some or all of them and compare how they sound.
Either/or...I like how my sc1's sound in x/y - they're not going to blow anyone away, but they do fine by me.

I think it's one of DJL's other personalities. They are in constant conflict for control of his keyboard. :D

I flit between thinking the guy is DJL returning to wind us up, but unfortunately his spelling is too good for that to be likely, to someone trying to wind me up (there was a time when there were multiple people doing that for some reason) and just someone like Chessrock having a laugh.

But actually, I think this is Acorec/Micsales coming back to do his bit again. I'm probably wrong ... but you can't have a good witch-hunt without any suspects!!! :D

Considering the crap mics I've used in the past I think just about anything of quality will blow me away :) right now my "best" mic is a Radioshack/Shure RS230 which AKAIK is just a rebranded PG58.. :o

It's not humorous enough to be mic sales. Not dipshit enough to be Acorec. Too trollish to be me. Not dumb enough for DJL. But probably just crazy enough to be someone like Ed. Or maybe we have a new copycat who wants some action.
 
I thought Micsales was pretty funny (at least the posts I saw) but that he gave out enough misinformation as to distract too much from the purpose of this forum.

I'm sorry I came off so harsh.

You really do owe Harvey an apology. He's a man with serious respect around here and didn't deserve being called an idiot. Learn his history and you will know why.
