Worth pursuing?

So basically this is the deal... I made this song about a year ago while I was living in dorms where I had crappy surround sound computer speakers. The mixing is ugly and the song clips quite a lot, but that is not what I am inquiring about. Although I am open to any type of criticism, I would really like to hear about the melody itself and the various sounds. Try to get past the clipping . I plan to work on this a lot and finally fix it, but I just need some opinions from others.
