Actually no its not a headphone jack.

Its a port for an inspirado line.
You plug a cable into the port, and take the included beads

and gently insert them. Upon turning on the unit, you should feel an aw inspiring sensation. Just make sure to have a pen and a sheet of paper handy, cuz you'll be spewing out.. the songs.
