Sounds cool to me... It's like playing guitar, with full gain, full volume, and standing in front of your am and aiming your pick ups right at it... Awsome!!!

I didn't bother to read the whole thread cus I liked it alot! It's pretty cool and original. I think the snare is buried with all the reverb it has and the kick should also be brought up a bit.

I've given this post more thought, & at this point summed up like this:
Question: Can plugins be made to howl with feedback?
Answer: Yes.
Question: Does it sound good?
Answer: No.
Question: Does this recording convey a message, & is it fun to listen to anyway?
Answer: Yes.
(IMO/YMMV)...
That it's intentionally noisy is part of the concept. I get that.

hey man
its been awhile since i've posted here, but my name is brandon and im friends with Allen and Brian--you remember? I really dig the tune; to me it feels somewhat in the vien of My Bloody Valentine. If you havent already, you should check them out. Kevin Shields does some pretty noisy layering on the guitar. Anyway Travis, keep up the good work , im trying to get my studio up and running maybe ill post some stuff.
