I am gonna be recording roots music through one preamp and with one mic for guitar and vocals at the same time. Which one of these would be best suited for that? What experiences with these do you have?

V77 is the most versatile...
The V77 is the least colored of the 3 mics...more natural and accurate reproduction...I have all 3 and they all have their strong points, but for versatility and clean reproduction the V77 shines...probably the best of the bargain tube mics (virtually the same component design of the much costlier ADK 51TC, as both were originally manufactured by 797 Audio in China)...they go for under $200. on ebay, if you can find one...Nady makes a very similar version, but I would steer clear of the Nady and find a clean MXL...Harvey Gerst is a strong advocate of the V77...the best of the MXL mics, I believe...
