Hi Forum

I have posted up another mp3 on our site and would appreciate some
feedback on the recording. I think it's better than my last one, I have
managed to get everything louder. It's Punk Rock, so needs to be in
your face ;-)

Nice Job. I like the Song. I am by no means an expert when it comes to mixing thinks but I will tell ya what Im hearing.

The Kick drum doesn't sound right to me, I don't know what it is........almost sounds like there is an echo sometimes. For this type of music you need drums that for the most part are just played non stop as fast as the drummer can go. The kick just seems to lag behind a little or is not in time (especially the end)..........Im not a drummer btw so I could be way off.

This is just my opinion but i don't like it when the drummer beats the crap out of the hi-hat and or cymbals the whole way thru the song lol........but thats just me.

Everything seemed to becoming straight down the middle (im listening with headphones at work)..........maybe take a look at how you're panning things.

Other than that...everything sounded good to me.......the vocals sounded punkish and guitars sound fit the song very well.....which is what your going for! Good Job!

the bass drum indeed sounds very lofi. i'd bring the vocals down in the mix. for raw punk they should be more buried.
