James, I've been trying this link but it doesn't appear to work. This program seems like just the thing to help cure me of my laziness regarding backing up my projects.

Yeah, I know. It's good questions, but most of these can be answered in the manual.

Well, most FAQs can be found in the manual, anyway.:D

hopefully this one hasn't been posted yet...

but here is an app that lets you put other programs into sonar's tools menu by changing the registry easily. I, for xample, put cool edit in there so i can quickly edit my waves.
