Awright awright awright. My dumb little brackets showed up last night. Fucking amazon. They say "it'll be there by 8pm". Damn those motherfuckers used up every minute too. So this big dumb pedalboard can finally be assembled today and I'll be back to some guitard playing...and back to my original plan of swapping pickups around in the Mosrite clone.

Two things stuck out to me...
1) That second lead break seems directionless and you got a weird stop in the middle of it.
2) The Fall Out Boy half time wah break down made me cringe a little.
Other than that, it rocks along pretty cool.

Yay, finally done rigging up this friggin lame ass pedalboard. Works real good. No noise, no weirdness, tidy, easy to throw down and hook up, sturdy. I like it. The empty space above the EQ is reserved for the wireless receiver when I feel like being super cheesy. The EHX Silencer works really well. I think it's a good gate for only 50 bucks. Running the pedals through it's loop makes the whole rig dead silent.

Looks good Greg. How are you powering 10 pedals off of the PedalPower? I have to use one of those daisy-chain cables that came with one of my Boss pedals and power my less-finicky pedals off of my tuner's power out.
That is nice and tidy though, a lot cleaner looking than mine! I just rearranged mine this last week and I just can't find the right layout that'll give me the pedal order I want and still be able to get cables where they need to be.

Thanks. That's what I'm doing too. The Polytune and the Silencer are daisy chained with my One-Spot leads from one of the Voodoo's outputs. So that's two into one. The MXR EQ is 18 volt, so it's (not yet, but will be) plugged into the Voodoo's power outlet. The other seven pedals are using the remaining of the Voodoo's 9v outputs. And with the extra One-Spot leads tucked up underneath, it will also power up the wireless receiver when I wanna use it. So that's everything accounted for with no extra power strips or extension chords. Works great!

Fantastic. I bumped my MXR EQ off of my board. I had the adapter to use 2 of the Voodoo's 9V outlets to power it at 18V. It worked great, but I had to prioritize other pedals I think that damn adapter cable cost $9 or something ridiculous like that. I was surprised that they didn't include one in the bag-o-cables that came with it.

I wasn't about to buy that cable because I really don't even use the EQ. I'm not gonna use up two Voodoo outputs for one pedal I don't use, especially when I can just plug it into the Voodoo's auxiliary power outlet. The only time I use the EQ is when I'm switching from a humbucker guitar to a single coil guitar when playing live. I'll pre-set the EQ and kick it on when switching so I don't have to tweak the amp.
The only problem is the boxy transformer plug for the EQ pedal doesn't reach though the rails of the Pedaltrain to get to the outlet on the Voodoo. So I sent the wife out to find a stubby extension adapter.

Is that a Pedaltrain board?
I have a Pedaltrain 1...but it doesn't have that center section for the PS.
Picked it up used on eBay, but it was like new, still had the unused velcro stick-on strips, and it came with a hard case.
I even got all the cabling I would need for pedals and power...but I never got around to wiring it up though...got it a few years back when I thought I was going to step back out with a band, but then it never panned out, so it's still sitting here unused...but I held onto it, as I may yet get my ass back out with a band.
I looked at a few PS solutions, the Voodoo stuff was one, though I never got one. Pigtronix has one that looks preety good, but I guess it really comes down to which pedals you are going to be using and their power needs....9v to 18v...etc.
