It is, indeed. I like it a whole lot. It gets the most use out of all of my amps. It's just good at almost everything. The only thing that it's not good at is being a Marshall. The Custom channel is based off of a Bassman, so there is a hint of Marshall low-mids in there, but it just doesn't have the balls to be cranked all the way up and still hold together. The sweet spot for both the Custom and Vintage channels is about 4.5 on the volume knobs. Anything above that and they start breaking up in unpleasant ways. It does seem to be getting some weird preamp tube microphonic feedback though. There's a strange rattle it has, and it starts producing atonal overtones at extreme volume settings. Could be my room, or where I have it located. I might try some of those tube dampeners that Eurotubes sells, just as an experiment though.
