I sure learned a lot from this thread. The OP is to be commended for his cutting to the chase and getting right to the heart of the issue.
The poll (among the most revealing yet on HR) says what it wants to say. Yet, inspite of its dark revelations (or maybe because of it) it appeals to that sense of universality lurking in all of us. If you are honest with yourself, you will recognise this as being true.

Profound in its findings but also, perhaps, a little frightening in its implications.
