Tascam 688 tracks to VF16 or VF160???

Howdy, I have a lot of tracks that I recorded in the early to mid 90's on a Tascam 688 (8 track cassette). These tracks cannot be replicated as they were in part done by a stellar musician who is now deceased. Does anyone know of any service that could convert these tracks to a Fostex format? I'd certainly be willing to well compensate someone for this.
