Tape Head Cleaning

For 20+ years I have been using Radio Shack Tape Head Cleaner # 44-1113D. This is no longer available even on eBay. I tried some other stuff off eBay from S&R Audio (turntabletoys.com) but seems unnecessarily strong. What are you guys using?

Isopropyl.

96% Isopropyl. Not the 74% crap (which will allow rust to form).

tape head cleaner

96% isopropyl definitely!...but don't forget, "rubber cleaner" alphatic / aromatic petroleum for the rubber pinch roller!...otherwise it'll crack.
