WOW, and I thought "t-racks" was a good piece of mastering software. Izotope is just amazining.
 
I havent used it, but theres a little to be learned there, so I posted the link...
 
I down loaded and printed it. I'm reading the hard ccopy. Good link my man.
 
It is a good link and I highly recommend Ozone. Its a great piece of software.
 
This is really great stuff.

I had toyed with doing some of these things using hardware that I have for playing live. I had thought about using my electronic crossover to make wild effects, but never to pin down compression areas on a complete mix! What a great idea. perhaps I was uninformed. I had no idea such a thing existed already.


If anyone has used this I would like to hear about results. Can you listen to just the bottom end as you adjust compression? Are there some decent presets that would kick start my mix. I am looking for just this type of thing, I think. I would also be interested in anyones opinion on BBE maximizer.
