I played "The Gang's All Here" on my home stereo and scared every cat in the neighborhood away from my back window, which is apparently the feline makeout point in my neighborhood....

Here we go guys, I recorded my worst specially for you. My new Windows arrived this morning and I'm late for work so this'll have to be brief.

I stuck a mic under my Clavinova (!!) and one in my face, added some reverb and let it go. For the record, I didn't set levels (the meters were at something like -30dB at peak!) and if anyone tells SoundClick I put up a cover I will kill you.

Okay,... I've finally listened to...

Alternative Rock Solo Artist Jesse Michael Garcia from Utah,... Legend.

I gotta say, that it's not as horribly bad as some of these posts would lead you to believe. It has an interesting tone and movement to it.

What torpedoed JMG's whole trip, was the way he marched in and strutted his stuff out with such over-the-top egotism. That's MO. :eek:
 
It's a quirky bunch of songs, alright.

Frenetic. Manic. Unhinged. Kinda matches his personality. :eek:

I know - it's well hidden :rolleyes:

I've eliminated all valid excuses for me not writing and recording music and at least trying to make it good. So expect me to disappear for a bit. :)
 
And at least I've finally proved that I exist ... good job I've never talked myself up though, imagine what would happen if you talked yourself up big time and then turned out some mediocre pap like that song I put up ... you'd make a right cloneboy of yourself.

Ah-hah! Wokket! (that's Rokket in Japanese) I know I can rely on you to listen to my crap tune and tell me it's good anyway! Which will make up for when I post a good tune and Jake telling me it's crap anyway! :)
