Nice. I assume that's yours. What I find interesting is that you have the low string before the high string. My friend strings his the same way. He says it's the "McGuinn" way. I've always strung them the other way. To me, the low string "gets in the way" of the high string so I have to pick harder to attack both strings. But, whatever. It's still one of the most beautiful guitars ever. A true work of art and engineering.

The nut is cut for a particular string.

Rickenbacker is in a class by itself. There was the 'big bang'. Then the universe was 'cooling'. Rickenbacker came from that 'cool' universe.
