Program for chord sheets?

Anyone know of a good program with the tools for making chord sheets -with as well as with out lyrics? Basically at times I want to keep it bare bones, no lyrics or staff, want chord names, spacing, size and placement etc of my choosing -not necesserilly tied to a 'time or measure format.

Sibelius and Finale both have lite versions of their software which probably still do more than you want. I use the full version of Sibelius for notation of all sorts, but on occasion, I've made simple charts with Word usign a fixed-width font.
