I'm not talking about bending or intonation. Just playing one note, as simple as possible... Very basic. It's much more logical on a piano, where you just need one finger, but on guitar, sax, trumpet whatever, it always works...
But the bending excercise is a good one too... A good way to practice his is playing for example at the 12the fret, and then bending at the 10th fret. This way youu can work on getting your bends in pitch.
No enemies... I'm too lazy for that.
