playback only coming out of one speaker

i am using sonar 4 i believe. when i playback i only get playback from one speaker. if i playback a second track it only plays in the opposite speaker. im assuming its some soft of setting that im not finding. anyone know???

what is your setup? It sounds like your individual track outputs are not assigned properly.

im just running a mic through a behringer preamp and going directly into the 1/4" audio input. i cannot figure out how to adjust each individual track's output.

going into the audio output? Explain please. What has to happen is sonar has to recognize an input source. Typically by a sound card ,in my case a motu2408mk3. In sonar track view,Click on the channel in sonar you are using,go to the left and you will see an "i",this is for input.It will have to be configured.
