Hey guys,... I've got an Ovation guitar here that I need to pull the preamp out of, but I'm not really sure how it comes out....
Typically there would be some screws or something that sandwich the body of the guitar between the preamp it's self and the trim ring,...but this one has nothing...
I've got a really REALLY bad hum in this one, and I'd like to check the preamps pcb for faulty components.......BUT,...I've got to get the darn thing out first....
Oh,..and this is on an older Ovation where the preamp is rectangular in shape and only has Treb., bass, and gain sliders .....and it also has a separate bat. compartment.
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated!!
