Nady Mics? Good For Price?

I've had really good results from the AKG D770's. I like them better than 57s on most "57" usages. They can be had for 50$ including shipping. Some of my best purchases.

Hmmm... I just reread the original post and have to add that I wouldn't put vocals through the Nady's if I had a choice. Mine sound OK with the acoustic guitar but they murder my voice.

Which probably isn't all that hard to do, anyway...

For acoustic I use an inline pick up and a Akg C 3000 B combined sounds awesome.
